@sonicxx85 Well, you ARE right, but I can argue with that: You see: There are 2 theories of a Big Bang: The Inflationary, and The Cyclic Theory. There was an old version that the Universe BANGED, but not anymore. The Inflationary Theory states that the Universe didn’t Bang, It is growing. And that Matter started growing from a single infinite ball Baby Universe that was of Infinite Density. The Cyclic Theory states that 2 Universes clanged together to make the Big Bang. But there was no BANG!!!!

I love this movie. I just hope Hollywood doesn’t remake it. CGI screws movies up.
This is a HORROR movie. Stop trying to compare it to today’s standards. Just because horror movies today try really hard to be serious and scary, doesn’t mean people were any less scared of this back in the 80′s. Try to remember that life did exist for others before you were born and that just because something wasn’t made today, in 2011, doesn’t mean we have to compare and contrast it.
Personally, I prefer horror movies like this. Fuck CGI and fuck pretentious writers! I want to be entertained
